Hello, I’m Martha,  Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and founder of Support Space Therapy and Wellness. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to be yourself without judgment.

My approach is warm, holistic, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and build tools to help you move forward with more ease and clarity.

I have a deep passion for supporting women through the emotional complexities of trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss. These seasons can hold both beauty and heaviness, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I also enjoy working with college students and individuals facing life transitions, helping them find direction, confidence, and a stronger connection to themselves.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, which continue to ground my work in both clinical knowledge and compassionate care.

I’m EMDR Certified and trained in trauma-informed approaches including perinatal mental health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

As part of my commitment to mind-body healing, I am currently completing my 500-hour yoga certification through the Clinical Yoga Institute, focusing on somatic and therapeutic practices. This allows me to integrate deeper nervous system support into the work we do together.
